Privacy & personal data

This page explains how we handle personal data when you contact Outlet Båstad through the website's contact form.

Data controller

HK Sports & Golf Aktiebolag, company registration no. 556510-8189, Eskilstorpsvägen 7, 269 96 Båstad, Sweden, is responsible for personal data submitted through the contact form. If you have questions about your personal data, call +46 431 700 45 or email [email protected].

What data do we collect, and why?

We process your name, email address, optional telephone number and the message you submit so we can receive and respond to your enquiry. Our legal basis is generally our legitimate interest in responding to customer enquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Please do not include sensitive personal data in the form.

Which service providers do we use?

Elido AB provides the website and the technology for the contact form. The website is hosted on Cloudflare. The form sends messages to Elido Forms at forms.elido.nu, which uses Resend to deliver the message to the company's email. The form is configured not to store enquiries separately in Elido's D1 database or R2 storage. Emails and necessary technical information may still be processed by the email delivery service and the recipient's email provider.

Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Resend and Cloudflare are international service providers. Data may therefore be processed outside the EU/EEA, including in the United States. Such processing must be covered by applicable data protection agreements and valid transfer mechanisms under the GDPR.

How long do we keep your data?

The company retains enquiries only for as long as necessary to handle the matter and meet any legal obligations. Technical logs and email provider retention are governed by the respective providers' practices.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal data and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Contact us using the details above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (imy.se).

Cookies and visitor analytics

This website does not use analytics or session-recording scripts to track visitors. Necessary security and network processing by the hosting provider may still occur.
